November 30, 2018: Savli Group, Inc, a ServiceNow Bronze Partner specializing in the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community (IC) sector deployed a tailored ServiceNow ITBM capability for its mission customers at Ft. Meade, Maryland. This capability front-ends the existing ServiceNow ITSM suite that Savli developed, deployed, and currently supports. ITBM fundamentally transforms the IC’s Mission group’s business practices and realizes much needed efficiencies, automation, accountability, and customer interaction transparency. For the very first time, this allows the Mission to accept requirements, assess demands, manage projects, and link them with IT tasks, all in one tool. It enables the IC’s business group to perform financial management activities, i.e., resource plan, cost plan, and budgets, thereby resulting in accurate financial monitoring and measurements.
